Academy & Club Development Coach — North Netherlands
Rugby Club Groningen, in partnership with Rugby Academy NoordOost and northern clubs, is supporting the recruitment of an ambitious coach for a flexible Academy + club coaching portfolio from September 2026.
- 💰 Potential combined seasonal earnings of €15,000–€40,000, depending on role combination

- ⚡ Academy youth and senior club opportunities
- 🏋️ S&C / athletic-development experience is a major advantage
World Rugby Level 3 and top amateur-level coaching or playing experience preferred. Highly motivated coaches with strong technical detail, confidence and ambition are also encouraged to apply.

Rugby Club Groningen ondersteunt, in samenwerking met Rugby Academy NoordOost en clubs in het noorden, de werving van een ambitieuze coach voor een flexibel coachingpakket bij zowel de Academy als clubs, vanaf september 2026.
- 💰 Potentiële gecombineerde seizoensverdiensten van €15.000–€40.000, afhankelijk van de rolcombinatie
- 📈 Gefinancierde coachontwikkeling
- ⚡ Kansen bij de Academy-jeugd en senioren van clubs
- 🏋️ Ervaring met S&C / atletische ontwikkeling is een grote pré
World Rugby Level 3 en coaching- of speelervaring op hoog amateurniveau hebben de voorkeur. Sterk gemotiveerde coaches met veel technisch inzicht, zelfvertrouwen en ambitie worden ook aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
