Academy & Club Development Coach — North Netherlands
Rugby Club Groningen, in partnership with Rugby Academy NoordOost and northern clubs, is supporting the recruitment of an ambitious coach for a flexible Academy + club coaching portfolio from September 2026.
- Potential combined seasonal earnings of €15,000–€40,000, depending on role combination
- Funded coach development
- Academy youth and senior club opportunities
- S&C / athletic-development experience is a major advantage
World Rugby Level 3 and top amateur-level coaching or playing experience preferred. Highly motivated coaches with strong technical detail, confidence and ambition are also encouraged to apply.
